Phase 1 — Welcome & Safety (15 min)

Phase 2 — Instructor Demo (20 min)

  • All floggers laid out by material — thud vs. sting explained

Phase 3 — Guided Practice (40 min)

  • Self-test: Light tap on own thigh with each material
  • Mirror practice: 5 minutes per flogger technique on pillows
  • Accuracy drill: hit numbered targets in sequence
  • Solo whip practice: Forward cast onto target pad (no partner)

Phase 4 — Station Rotation (40 min)

  • Station A: Suede floggers — soft sensation, beginner technique
  • Station B: Leather floggers — medium weight, fall length variation
  • Station C: Rubber floggers — thud and sting comparison
  • Station D: Signal whips — forward cast practice on target pads

Phase 5 — Open Practice (30 min)
