Phase 2 — Instructor Demo (15 min)

  • Two-finger rule demonstration — always fit two fingers underneath
  • Cuff fitting demo on volunteer: padded, locking buckle, fur-lined
  • Collar types and leash attachment points overview

Phase 3 — Guided Practice (40 min)

  • Activity: Try every cuff style on own wrists
  • Rate each for comfort (1-5), security (1-5), aesthetics (1-5)
  • Partner practice: fit cuffs on each other, check circulation
  • Collar etiquette discussion and self-try (each collar for 3 min)

Phase 4 — Station Rotation (30 min)

  • Station A: Collar types — wear each, note comfort and restriction
  • Station B: Leash handling — safe attachment, lead blindfolded partner through room
  • Station C: Connectors — snap hook vs. carabiner vs. padlock comparison

Phase 5 — Open Practice (20 min)

  • Free practice combining cuffs, collars, leashes, and connectors
  • Drill: Attach and release all three connector types under time pressure
  • Instructor circulates with individual feedback
